Ed Fong WB6IQN will discuss the special design of his 2M / 440 J-Pole Antenna at our meeting. To respect his time we will have Ed’s discussion right at the beginning of our meeting on Friday evening at 19:00 hours.
A little about Ed:
Ed is currently on the faculty of UC Santa Cruz Silicon Valley Extension campus where he teaches RF Wireless Communications courses. He is the inventor of the TBJ-1, DBJ -1, DBJ-2, and DBJ-UHF antennas which are extremely popular among the ham and commercial radio community.
Ed has numerous articles on these antennas in QST and CQ Magazines.
